HR Policies and Procedures
UAE HR policies and procedures provide a structured framework that guides how organisations manage people, comply with labour laws, and maintain a fair, transparent workplace. These policies reflect the requirements of the UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree‑Law No. 33 of 2021 and its amendments), as well as best‑practice standards for employee relations, performance, and organisational culture. They help employees understand their rights and responsibilities, outline how key processes work, and ensure consistency in decision‑making across the organisation.
For employers, these policies support legal compliance, reduce operational risks, and create a unified approach to managing recruitment, onboarding, leave, compensation, performance, conduct, and separation. For employees, they provide clarity, predictability, and confidence in how workplace matters are handled. Together, they form the foundation of a professional, respectful, and productive work environment aligned with the UAE’s regulatory and cultural expectations.
Some sample clauses of employment contracts are listed below.
We help companies prepare complete HR policy and procedure manuals.
