We cannot guarantee jobs. Our screening and shortlisting process is strictly on merit.
We, do give consideration to those individuals facing financial difficulties as part of our CS responsibility and only of their CV meets the client requirements.
How do I register my CV for a Job?
It is advisable to register your CV. You can edit, modify an apply for jobs on line without a repeated procedure. If you choose not to register, you can also email it to us or apply for jobs filing up a form every time you apply.
Do I have to pay Genesis for helping me find a job?
The UAE Law prohibits recruitment agencies and search firms from charging a fee to candidates and job seekers.
Genesis Executive Search strictly abides by these regulations and no candidate is charged a fee for placement services.

Will my current employer find out if I am looking out?
Your data is strictly confidential and we do no approach your employer directly or indirectly without your approval. This holds true even if your current company is our client. We do carry out reference checks and salary verifications on behalf of our clients, but all with your knowledge.
Is my CV changed when presented to a company?
We do not misrepresent information on your CVs. However after the initial screening and interview process, and based on your experience we may add information that is required (as per interviewers assessments) or remove details that are not relevant to the role. You will be informed of such amendments.
